Through inclusive coaching, Diana builds clarity, confidence and ease to help leaders in social change and education to have meaningful conversations so that they can build inclusive environments that produce strong, flexible containers to support alignment between values and action.

For over 30 years, Diana has facilitated, trained, and coached individuals and groups in communication skills, conflict transformation, organizational development, and DEIBJ. Her work spans not-for-profit, for-profit, and grass-roots community organizations; public and independent school sectors. This extensive experience complements her decades-long career in higher education, where she advised in an experiential education model, designed and taught courses on Education & Race Studies.
