After three decades of teaching, training, and coaching across various sectors, Diana observed a common issue: many well-meaning leaders, competent in their fields, lack the confidence and literacy for difficult conversations. Through inclusive coaching, Diana builds clarity, confidence and ease to help leaders in social change and education to have meaningful conversations so that they can build inclusive environments that produce strong, flexible containers to support alignment between values and action.

This extensive experience complements her decades-long career in higher education, where she advised in an experiential education model, designed and taught courses on Education & Race Studies.
